Red Salute comrades,
I want to thank all the attending delegates for honoring our call to attend this 4th International Theoretical Conference in Nairobi, Kenya. This conference confirms the continued Internationalism that connects us from our shared struggles in our respective countries.
I want to thank the working committee for this conference, which comprised members from the National Democratic Front of the Philippines and the host, the Communist Party Marxist- Kenya. We began planning the conference this year in March, and it has taken comrades' dedication, enthusiasm, and discipline to make sure this conference was a success.
The theme of this year's conference, Comprador, and Bureaucratic Capitalism in the neo-colonies, has helped us to understand the character of our different struggles, which will come in handy to help us shape our Ideological blade. To deepen our understanding as historically exploited people who have never stopped fighting for human emancipation. We can build a different future together through Social Investigation of our concrete conditions. By training professional revolutionaries, leaders, and cadres in our organizational ranks, we can make a movement that will act as a vehicle to carry us to our revolutionary objective of constructing a new social order.
Comrades, today marks the culmination of the theoretical conference; it has been an extraordinary session of deliberations; listening to the analysis of every organization on the question of Comprador and Beauracrat capitalism in the neocolonialist has helped us to understand how Imperialism has manifested itself differently under this epoch of the rule of finance Capital. We have also learned from each other the different strategies and tactics that the attending organization has used to continue weakening the authority of Imperialism and preparing for subjective conditions for carrying out the Socialist revolution.
Comrades, as we close this historical gathering, I want to underscore that it was not an academic process. Still, it was meant to sharpen our knowledge of the contemporary manifestation of Imperialism and to expose the crisis of the Capitalist system, which exists side by side with some pre-capitalist features. The contradiction between the level of development of the productive forces and the relations in production is preparing conditions for a revolution. The system, however, will not fall on itself; we are the revolutionary agents to carry this process because the international bourgeoisie and their local puppet, the comprador-bureaucratic bourgeoisie, are not interested in the development of our countries but in maximizing profits from the extraction of surplus from our working people.
Our closing remarks urge all attending delegates to carry out the collective resolution of this conference concerning their concrete condition. Let us continue waging this struggle against Imperialism and solidify international solidarity since this is a global phenomenon that can only be defeated when all the world workers unite.
I would also like to invite all attending delegates to tomorrow's African Liberation Day, which will also discuss the liberation struggle for the African people and the redefining of Pan-Africanism to give it its objective software, Scientific Socialism. The theme of the fourth theoretical conference will form the sub-theme for tomorrow's deliberations: Let the ruling class tremble at the communist revolution.
Long live the proletarian Internationalism. !!!
Long live the struggle against Imperialism!!!
Long live the National Democratic Revolution !!!
Forward to Socialism! Forward ever; backward never!!!
